Guidelines for the article preparation

Authors are requested to send their texts prepared according to the following editorial guidelines.

The volume of the article (only in .doc or .rtf formats) should not exceed 15 standard pages (ie. 27 000 characters with spaces, including: keywords, abstract and information about the author). Please attach to the text of the article, a brief biography and a summary of the article, title, and keywords (keywords) in English. English summary should include a justification for the undertaken research and presentation of results.

In addition, we ask the authors to prepare an abstract containing: name and surname of the author, the original title of the article and the title of the English version. We also ask that in the case of texts in the Cyrillic alphabet remember to provide in the abstract the transliteration of the name, last name and the title of the text.

1. Text written in Times New Roman 12 point with 1.5 line spacing.
2. Name of the author (university degrees, titles, font 14 points), in the verse below the e-mail address (font 10 points).
3. Article Title (font 16 points).
4. Abstract in English 6-8 sentences - necessarily with the title of the article translated into English.
5. Keywords (6-10 keywords in English) - font semibold; only words should be listed after the colon, separated by a semicolon.
6. Information about the Author of the text: 4-6 sentences. The note should include affiliation, and basic information about academic and research interests.
7. Part of the article, such as introductions, foreword etc. have to be marked with the bold font (no italics), and numbered with Arabic numerals.
8. Literature cited should be collected at the end of each article under the banner of Literature.
9. Quotes can be marked in two ways: text fragments no longer than 4 lines marked with a quotation quote and straight font. If the quotation is longer, is has to be extracted from the main text and written with a smaller font size (10 points), of the new paragraph, with the tab indentation. Leave in the quotation is denoted by a (...), and quotes in quotation marks as follows: "word"
10. Foreign words and motto are denoted in italics, and the distinctions are in bold.
11. Dash mark: - (no hyphen - or pause: -).
12. Listings are written by the dash marks or the Arabic numerals.

Bibliographical references should be prepared as the Oxford/Harvard footnotes, demonstrating literature within the text. Used source is written in brackets, mentioning the author's name, year of publication and page position. If the authors are more than three, we give only the name of the first (main) author, adding abbreviation et al. For example:

(Wolański 2011: 234)
(Mikułowski-Pomorski i Nęcki 1983: 62)
(Aronson, Wilson i Robin 1997: 15)
(Ihnatowicz et al. 1996: 13–21)
In addition, in the reference the information about the longer peace of text referencing can be noted, for example:

(cf. Wolański 2011: 234).
If we list more than one publication, we present them in the chronological order:

(Jaroszewicz 1966a: 65–68, Ihnatowicz et al. 1996: 13–21, Wolański 2011: 234).
If we are dealing with a number of publications by the same author, published in the same year, we distinguish them by the lowercase alphabet letter. Keep in mind that the proposed alphabetical order (for the same year of publication) was reflected in Literature at the end of the article:

(Jaroszewicz 1966a: 65–68)
(Jaroszewicz 1966b: 78).
Initial of the name of the author is given only when we are dealing with the same name and position of the two authors published in the same year:

(A. Nowak 2002: 76)
(B. Nowak 2002: 168)
Other than bibliographic footnotes are denoted numerically at the bottom of the page.

The individual items are not to be numbered. Alphabetic arrangement is obligatory. First we denote the last name and then the Initial of the author's name. In the description, please use the following characters: red. / przeł. / w: / nr / t. / z. / s.
